The policy Quality installation in the productions of Lago Center, rests on the organization of a quality system which makes it possible to control the whole of the activities and to continue the improvement of competitiveness.
We have 4 major objectives to ensure us of the control of the development of our organization and its effectiveness, of the improvement of our economic performances and the mobilization of our competences:
- Improvement of the production process,
- Improvement of the service rendered to the customer,
- Improvement and system maintenance Quality,
- Improvement of the performances of the suppliers
Our policy must be included/understood, shared and be accepted by all.
It logically implies the implementation of means:
- materials for the setting to the standards and the replacement of the decayed equipment or not in conformity,
- financial to invest and create other units,
- human by well targeted recruitments and consequent efforts of formation,
- an organization allowing to develop the quality spirit with the interactivity of a hierarchy responsabilized in the management of quality and the participation of each one in the joint effort.
All this based on clear structures, quantified and verifiable objectives, in a permanent preoccupation with a transparency.
Lastly, we must maintain a Quality policy which integrates a strong context of partnership with the customer and thus satisfy the requirements.
